Our Story
Hi, I’m Alison — the baker, decorator, and creative behind Bella Custom Treats. What started as a simple love of baking with my daughter, Anabella, quickly grew into something so much bigger: a way to share joy, creativity, and connection with our community here in Stamford, CT.
Every cookie that comes out of my kitchen is baked from scratch, decorated with care, and inspired by the people who order them. From the wide eyes of kids painting their own cookies for the first time, to the smile of a corporate client handing out logo cookies at an event, my goal is always the same: to make your moment a little sweeter.
Over the years, Bella Custom Treats has grown from late-night experiments in my home oven to a small business I’m proud to share with friends, families, and companies across Fairfield County. But at its heart, it’s still about the same thing — creating something beautiful (and delicious!) that brings people together.
From hand-piped sugar cookies and Paint-Your-Own kits to decorating classes for kids and adults, I love being part of your celebrations. Thank you for letting me share my passion — one cookie at a time.
