Shipping DamagesÂ
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on shipped orders.  We will only issue refunds for products damaged during shipping.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged during shipping.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the issue. Â
To report a damaged shipment, you can contact us at bellacustomtreats@gmail.com. Please give us your order number and attach clear pictures of both the shipping package and any damaged product. Please let us know your refund preference. We can ship you replacement product at no extra cost processed in 2 business days or can process a full refund to your original payment method. Â
Refunds
We will notify you within one business day once we’ve received and inspected your refund request email. If approved, your replacement product will take two business days to process to ship to you at no extra cost via the same shipping method you chose on your original order. If you chose to be refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method on our end in one business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
