Bella’s Custom Treats takes great care in ensuring that your orders are shipped and delivered to you in a timely and safe manner. Here's our shipping policy for custom decorated sugar cookies, custom designed edible image cookies, and custom paint your own cookies:

Shipping Times:

Please keep the below information in mind as you are choosing the date you want us to ship your product out.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.  We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.  Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.  We require at least 7 business days for processing and preparing your order before shipping.  

Shipping Methods:

We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders.

We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, and expedited shipping, which takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

Shipping fees will vary depending on the shipping method and the size and weight of your order.

Packaging:

We take great care in packaging your cookies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We use protective materials and boxes to prevent damage during transit.

If you receive any damaged cookies, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
